I am still pushing Books on Tape to everyone as it is a great way to get information and have the fun listening to good book. I have read some good stuff lately. One book I really enjoyed and learned a great deal from was the Monkey Wars by Deborah Blum it is all about the use of animals in science. She does a great job of showing both sides of a very complex issue. I started reading it and said no this book is not for me and I almost sent it back but I forged ahead and I thought she did an excellent job dealing with monkeys and primate research. Read it and see what you think. If it doesn't make you think then send me the bill and I will pay for your book. I am reading a biography of Harry Truman by David McCullom which I am enjoy. I didn't like Harry when I was young but I have gotten to believe he was really a very good President. Maybe after Clinton everyone looks good but Harry was an interesting man and the book is very well researched and fun to listen to. At night to wind down I listen to novels, mysteries, or just good light stuff. Relaxes me after hammering and coaching hard.

I am still in the process of writing 2 books, one on Coaching and Self Discipline and one I am working with Bill Leach which is on Fitness and why all human being should strive to be fit physically, mentally, and emotionally.
