Bill Wallace and his wife Velma have for the last 35 years been involved in tourism. They owned and operated a legendary charter tour train in Mexico for 25 years as well as a charter bus service and camping tour operation in the United States which served many prestige European companies. They have experience in Europe, all of Latin America, India, Japan and Korea. Bill speaks fluent German and Spanish and is conversant in Italian and French. Bill and Velma are co-organizers of a cultural festival in Mexico. Bill has lived some time in Europe and attended the University of Vienna and the Sorbonne. He is very knowledgeable in classical music, history.
