Divisadero is a meeting point of the trains. There are three famous hotels here. We can use any of these but two are around two hundred dollars per night.  This is justified by being on the edge of the canyon. There is another hotel,the UNO LODGE,on the the edge which is less than half the price and is very well run. We prefer this hotel. Another hotel which is remote, primitive and the most spectacular is right on a point. There are many hikes down into the canyon and nearby valleys with rock formations. 

You will want to stay here two nights.
