The Salary Curve for Engineers and Scientists Versus Time

I have ratiod the Salary Curve of 1991 or so with that of 1986 or so, and the ratio curve was virtually flat with experience, with the value being close to the inflation rate between those years.

I have a salary curve from 1984 or so for all engineers that I will digitize and ratio to the 1996 salary curve. Results will be presented here within the next month if I remember.
