We accept cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks. Personal checks wil be held until they clear your bank before the item is shipped to you.

DELIVERY

All shipments are f.o.b. Seller and the cost of shipment is in addition to the purchase price payable on items sold hereunder. Risk of damage or loss is the customer's responsibility after delivery by Taovision Enterprises to a carrier for shipment Unless the buyer specifies other means all shipments will be by US Postal service.

RETURNED CHECKS

If payment is made by check and the bank for any reason returns the check, customer will be held personally responsible for the amount of the returned check, plus a $30.00 returned check fee. This provision is not intended to be a waiver or relinquishment of Taovision Enterprises's rights under California Civil Code 1719 which makes the customer liable for up to three (3) times the amount of the returned check. The transfer of title of ownership of merchandise from Taovision Enterprises to customer will not occur until payment is made in full. Customer will also be responsible for any other charges incurred with respect to the collection of funds, including reasonable attorney's fees.

Taovision Enterprises assumes no obligations or liability with respect to infringement of United States or foreign patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights arising out of any items hereunder.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Notwithstanding anything to contrary contained herein or elsewhere, Taovision Enterprises's responsibility for losses or liabilities arising out of or related to this contract for the items covered hereunder shall not exceed the purchase price as reflected on the invoice. In no event shall Taovision Enterprises be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether suffered by customer or a third party. In no event shall Taovision Enterprises be liable for any loss of use, revenue, profit, custom, direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of, connected with or resulting from the sale of goods hereunder.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY TAOVISION ENTERPRISES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TAOVISION ENTERPRISES MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TAOVISION ENTERPRISES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SITE, ITS SERVERS, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM TAOVISION ENTERPRISES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
